Impact of long-term training programs in different contexts!

At Apni Shala, “openness to learning” is one of their core values. They contribute over 30% of their time learning, unlearning and relearning to develop high-quality Social Emotional Learning (SEL) opportunities for their students. During this school year, two of their staff members, Bimba Chavan and Shahid Shaikh, are being trained with Narrative Therapy India at Ummeed Child Development Center to bring Narrative Ideas in their curriculum, pedagogy, and approach. They facilitate monthly workshops with programmes team to bring these learnings into their practice. So grateful to Ummeed team for their support in this endeavor!
